In this session, we will explore the dynamics of leadership in a family business, what skills each generation needs to develop through transition, and learn the critical success factors of the most successful and contributory organizations.

Leadership Trainer and Coach

Jon lived in Guatemala volunteering for a medical organization, managed large-scale research studies investigating the role of genetics in cancer development, and helped start an institute to exonerate wrongly convicted prisoners in Virginia.
