Description: Since it was first published in 2011, “Traction:  Get A Grip on Your Business”, has been gaining a steady following of entrepreneurs and business owners around the world for its straightforward and practical approach to running businesses.  Through an interactive experience with our presenter, our members will learn about the fundamental concepts of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®).  An opportunity for Q&A with our speaker will follow the workshop, along with a time for enjoying the beautiful grounds of the Whitehead Manor, and it’s large and rocking chair laden front porch!

Who is this for? Anyone interested in helping their organization clarify, simplify and achieve their vision.  Business owners, executives and managers responsible for leading their organizations, or functions within, towards successful growth, leveraging their leadership into the opportunities where they can make the greatest impact.

What will I learn? You will learn the key concepts of Traction and EOS®, the principle tools employed by EOS® and explore, with a hands on tool, how EOS® might be applicable inside business.  By focusing on six key components of the business, owners and leaders that have implemented Traction’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) are discovering a powerful approach for everyday applications to achieve results.  These are not theoretical ideas or abstract concepts, rather they are simple and practical applications that can create focus and leverage necessary to break through the inevitable ceilings that all businesses will eventually hit.

This session will be led by Neil McLean, Principal and Founding Partner, Sagacious Partners. Neil is a Certified EOS® Implementer, focused on helping executives and organizations clarify, simplify and achieve their visions. His South Carolina-based executive coaching firm working with CEO and leadership teams across the Carolinas. He received a BS-Engineering and MBA from the University of South Carolina.  Earlier in his career he served as a U.S. Air Force Officer and as a partner in an internet startup, prior to forming his own company.
