MAR 28th, 2024 Workshop - Avoiding Burnout in the Workplace: Developing a Strong Culture to Accelerate Team Performance, 3/28/2024 Raleigh Facilitated by Drew Hancock, Dr. William Lewis and Tess Sekhar. In this 90-minute session, the researchers will analyze the symptoms of burnout, help you understand where your team is on the burnout continuum and discuss effective treatments for these symptoms to set your team up to thrive. Whether its due to unclear job expectations, heavy workload, or lack of social support, you will learn about strategies and programs that can be implemented to limit the risk of employee burnout.
