Workshop - The Enneagram & Leadership: Engaging the Enneagram System to  Strengthen Communication Skills and Build More Effective Teams, 2/13/2024 Triad

Facilitated by Christopher Copeland, Enneagram Educator & Consultant with Illuminating Paths, LLC., this day-long, in-person workshop will cover the following topics in large and small group formats:

• Enneagram Essentials 
• Strengths & Challenges of Enneagram Types
• Communication Styles of the 9 Types
• Building Effective Teams  
• Next Steps / Growth
  

WFU CPB Business Leader Forum participants are strongly encouraged to attend, along with Center Members,Spouses, Teams and Guests.

​Pre-Work:

• All participants are requested to (if possible) purchase and read The Essential Ennegram by David Daniels and Virginia Price in advance of the workshop.
• Please take the self assessment on pages 1-9 to familiarize yourself with your type(s).
• Once you have chosen your top 3 possible types, please read more about those types on the pages between pp. 10-70 that pertain to those choices.
• Any exposure, even if limited, to the Enneagram & your type in advance of the workshop will be helpful in understanding the system.
