About Riley Skinner: Riley Skinner joined the company in July of 2013, after spending three years as a Loan Originator with Capital Advisors, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. While at Capital Advisors, Riley arranged more than 25 million dollars in permanent financing for commercial real estate properties through lending sources such as life insurance companies, conduit (CMBS) lenders, Fanny Mae / Freddie Mac and commercial banks.

Skinner Bros. Realty, established in January 1999, is a developer, investor, owner and manager of retail, office and mixed-use properties. The firm specializes in acquisition, planning, permitting, development and marketing of real estate as well as the representation of individual and corporate clients in the search for premier business locations. Riley's role in the company includes: land and commercial acquisitions, construction/project design and management with a specialization in commercial finance.

Riley currently oversees all aspects of the company's commercial development projects. These projects range anywhere from single tenant build-to-suits, to grocery-anchored shopping centers to large, complex master-planned developments throughout Northeast Florida.
