About Riley Skinner: Riley Skinner joined the company in July of 2013, after spending three years as a Loan Originator with Capital Advisors, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. While at Capital Advisors, Riley arranged more than 25 million dollars in permanent financing for commercial real estate properties through lending sources such as life insurance companies, conduit (CMBS) lenders, Fanny Mae / Freddie Mac and commercial banks.
