Webinar: Increasing Resilience and Energy
Thursday, May 14, 2020, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM EDT
Category: Events

Description: We have all been given advice on safe behaviors that we can do during COVID-19 (wash hands, social distance). However, the second issue is how leaders and staff are thinking and feeling and how this crisis impacts health, decision making and effectiveness. This session draws upon 30 years of research on what drives up stress and the most effective ways to be more resilient. In this workshop you’ll gain insights into your personal resilience profile and how to help others in your organization and family to deal with this challenging time. Members are encouraged to attend this online session with their colleagues and/or family members. The program will take place on Zoom and be led by Nick Petrie (bio below).

Who is this for? Leaders and employees at all levels can benefit from this program.

What will I learn?

  • How our reaction to disruption impacts our stress levels
  • The importance of resilience on our health during disruption
  • Your resilience scores based on eight dimensions
  • Four steps you can practice to decrease stress even in challenging times
  • How to support your teams to be more resilient
