Description: This legacy luncheon featuring Otis Crowder, Chairman, Lynn Hansen, President of Crowder Constructors and Bernard Burns, Managing Director of McGuire Woods Capital and Independent Director, will be a discussion on the evolution of a family business with the focus on governance and leadership transition.

Crowder Constructors, a leading infrastructure services firm for over 70 years has evolved from a family-owned and operated business to one now led by a third-generation leadership team of non-family managers reporting to an independent board of directors.
