Description: Please join us for a panel discussion with Jeremy Gave, Practice Leader at The Metiss Group, Nikki Pounds, Owner of HR Unequivocally and Dylan Manion, Human Resources Director at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery. The discussion will be moderated by Laura Hampton, COO of The Employers Association. These human resource professionals will share how to find the best talent that will fit your organizational culture, their vast knowledge and experience of looking beyond a candidate’s experience and qualifications to see if they will match with your company’s core values to thrive within your team. Each panelist will bring their own perspective and opinion on the best tools, assessments, and approach to use to while looking for a cultural fit so you will hear a dynamic range of ideas to consider as you hire for your organization.

Who is this for? Human Resource Directors, Managers, Hiring Professionals, any and all Business Leaders
