Description: The most effective leaders are intentional in how they create and manage culture in their organizations over time.  Peter Drucker has been credited with the quote “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”.  While the validity of the origin of that quote has been questioned, decades of research has demonstrated the principle behind the quote is rock-solid.  But what exactly is organizational culture and how does it form?  What is the role leadership plays in creating organizational culture that supports performance and long term success? Discover the answer to these questions and more as you explore the role of leadership in creating a high performing organizational culture.

Who is this for? This workshop is geared towards business Owners, Presidents, CEOs, Executive Teams but as always, we welcome anyone with a specific interest in this topic to attend!
