Chef Jim Noble is the executive chef and owner of Noble Food & Pursuits. His belief in providing restoration through food led him to launch The King’s Kitchen, a non-profit restaurant in Uptown Charlotte, as well as the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center. His company, Noble Food & Pursuits, includes a portfolio of six restaurants and a full service catering operation in Charlotte, NC. Moderator Michael Smith is the President and CEO of Charlotte Center City Partners, an organization that envisions and implements strategies and actions to drive the economic, social and cultural development of Charlotte’s Center City.
