2.) Inclusive Leadership with Susie Silver

As leaders develop soft skills related to communication, conflict management, and effective leadership, they should also seek to truly develop the skill of cultural intelligence. In today's workplace, cultural competency, or one's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, has a significant impact on the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration in our increasingly diverse workplaces. During this session, participants will assess their cultural intelligence and work to recognize their own biases, as well as the biases of the individuals around them.
